It's been a while, but I did a little trimming on the fenders to fit my tires (no new flares yet). I added 3 inch add-a-leaf and 2 inch spacers for the front. I already had a 3.5' Pro-Comp installed. Mounted my high-lift to my bumper, it took up too much room inside the vehicle. I added 4 New KC lights, the others broke in the cold weather, gotta love Alaska!

Well, the Rock sliders are on, now to sell the 31's and order some 33's. I'm also inheriting a set of 35's, but don't know that they will fit, so I'll sell them when I get them.
I'll test them out later!

LNS - did you realize you have a divorced t-case? This actually opens up many options on drivetrian and axles! You could easily swap any motor and 2wd trans and keep your t-case (although I don't know the strength of that t-case - just that it is 4:1 IIRC) this also makes an easier t-case swap (I also have a 205 divorced case. As Eric said, Pass drop axles are more commono. I have a set of 1/2 tons as well as a set of 1 tons (Dana 60/70) available.
Just adding options to your thoughts to confuse your mind even more.

As for my rigs - yard is down to 23.
Burban is at IM office - nervously awaiting results form Mr AKDSMR.

ChevyKev Wrote:As for my rigs - yard is down to 23. Front dampner seal is leaking and sending the oil back towards your starter. Tightened you fuel pump and oil pan bolts. Rearraigned a couple of vacuum lines (but good job by the way). Tied up the tranny pan heater so it isn't wearing out your front driveshaft . Now the bad news....on second thought, you had better call me. I'll find your number here in a couple of minutes if you don't ring me. Some good news....I just save a bunch of money by getting insured by Geico! Oh you also have 5 boxes of dishes in the back of "the Burban". More bad news... TAC Actuator bad (won't hold vacuum). Engine has a misfire (but won't be a reason for failure) Good news... I fixed the EFE valve so that it opens and closes. More bad news...The Thermostatic fan doesn't work. It starts to overheat as I try to find the source of the misfire.

Well, i just traded in a 2004 TJ X model for a 2006 Rubicon. I haven't done much, yellow top optima battery, CB, and fire extinguisher this weekend.
Next upgrades will be.. front and rear bumpers Winch skid plates I will prolly leave the stock rims and tires for right now. I would like to go with a 4.5 super flex from RE. I want to do a little more research on lift kits. I would like to become a member, and i am planning on making it to the next meeting as well as the next trail ride (work and school) permitting. I want to see what a stock rubi can really do. Pete

Oh yeah...got some nifty tri-beam aux lights (Fog/driving/parking in 1) too. Took me 2 days of wiring, then $200 to have the pros unwire it and rewire it correctly! They're just lights!!! Who knew.
At least I don't have 23 broke vehicles in my yard.lol

have a funky shaking in the front on the highway, comes and goes. Had it checked out, nothing was loose, could have some play in the steering box, probably an alignment issue, or an off-balance wheel. Greased up the tie rod linkages, looked at the shot steering stabilizer a little more before deciding to procrastinate on that one, and drove home. Hopefully nothing bad will come of it. My passenger side knuckle grease boot thing has a hole in it, but it only has to last another year anyway.
Other than that, the thing is running like a champ.

I just stopped by Dave's to see him. He wasn't home, but the X was. Apparrently, I was the last to know this but, the X made a trip to NXC for a Stinger. Looks cool man, welcome to the club. :allrighty:

I don't think I have ever posted in this thread. Well here goes .
With me it's more, so many options and not enough time. I have to complete in one month, new rear bumper and tyre carrier/swingout/down, removable flares for legality, huge ass mudflaps(flat towing the Miata), new rear hatch area and install tailgate again, thinking about getting a fourth 36'er and installing those, make cb work, add a few bars to 'cage, mount co2 tank, install lift motormounts, I think there is a few other things but...

I need to know if everyone thinks this would be a good investment. hrug: Only one I could find. http://www.rocky-road.com/airlocker.html the total for all parts came to $1040.78 plus $71.80 for shipping. crambled:
