Update your rig status here!
I got my new brake lines installed, pulled the front driveshaft going to re do it tomorrow.

New brake lines are installed and brakes bled, I think the front brake calipers had some air in them because now that they have been bled I have a lot more brake pedle, The new long travle square driveshaft is all bolted in, I took it on the road and suprisingly I dont get any drive line vibration till i get it over 45MPH, I figured with the driveshaft made out of square tube it would vibrate like heck on the road. as usuall james was a big help on the driveshaft project. Up next will be shock hoops then 4 Link. I talked my wife into an aussie locker for my birthday Big Grin

XJ made about a 50 mile round trip today. Farthest it's been in a while. Lots of driveline vibrations as usual. Actual work and such "should" begin this week on the bumper.

WJ has sprung another problem, I now have a leaking rear axle seal in it too Sad

Suzuki in heated garage overnight = still no start. :banghead: Cry Confusedhrug:

2 hours of troubleshooting, several phone calls and an acetylene torch later

Well, zero calls this weekend about my TJ.

I drove my ZJ home yesterday. 4 hr trip. It's got bumpsteer, too much air in the tires, and 3 oil leaks. I love that thing.

Z's definately have some advantages.

I was doing some calculations and my ZJ is doing a little better than I was gathering previously. I do have to say that with 4" of lift, 31's aired up to 30 PSI, etc, the Zj has a smooth ride.

74 blazer ( marks old one ). put new heater in and it works great. has new door locks, cd player now, speakers in the doors, and a new batt. new tires are in the works and rims. plan to cut the rust out and add fender flares, winch, steering colum, seats out of the 91 unless sold before then. upgrade to axel shafts front and rear. just alot of little work here and there needs to be done.

Needs fluids filled/changed.

Otherwise it's just fine...the locker seems to be acting better, guess it hates -40 as much as I do.

XJ: Snapped front ujoint and axle shaft. Brake issue again. Steering issues getting worse.

Dodge: Heater working again, still need to make an appointment with Gene's to get the ps fixed and the other issues taken care of.
