Update your rig status here!
getting a black 75 chevy in a couple days, dropping in my fresh rebuild 327 engine, later doing a manual conversion, and then far far away 3/4 ton or 1 ton axles... or just 1/2 tons with a more desireable gear ratio...

Well, good for you for getting something you're happy with. I'm not sure I understand the point of that thing, but I'm glad you're :cheer:

My truck is a little longer than a jeep and I've been having problems with smashing the rear end into trees and things. So with some steel tubing back there it'll keep from smashing in the rear plastic bumper. Since there are no after market options for a rear end I had something fabbed up. :allrighty:

 Great job Eric

Why didn't he just fab up a new bumper?

Cost, material and weight limitations. Not to mention this will flow nicely into the rock sliders when I get them done.

I like how it goes over the stock bumper, good bonus if you ever sell it to someone who doesn't offroad.

Well, if some one walked up to me with $17K and offered it to me. I might actually sell her. But that is the only way I would sell her. Wink

Who has a set of 44s for that price? Is it the complete axles or just the gears?

Nevermind, I just looked. I need driver side drop.
