michaeljr5 Wrote:I lost the directions that Kelly gave me. I tore out every piece I could get disconnected from under that dash. I still couldn't find the damn thing. I am so frustrated with it because I cut my hand the last time I messed with it and I just got sick of it.

You couldn't find the heater core?... Shouldn't be too hard to spot it Big Grin Big Grin

Right now your in a pretty good mind set for selling your rig were you don't really care if it sells or not that way theres no real haggling over the price, you can just say thats my price and thats were i'm staying and if you really wanted to you could fib and say your also entertaing other offers from other interested parties so that he feels the need to pay the asking price,as far as what Kelly was saying on purging the air condition i know a few of the newer rigs call for it as do some of the older ones.

I kinda think now you owe it to michael to go over there, and just point to it. Cool

Work my 12 hour shift and I'll be right there... you don't have a chiltons or something?

Y'all are funny... Rolleyes

Anyways. I'm thinking shotgun, slug, Dodge. The damn thing is blowing smoke out the air vents when you crank it to far to either side with the 4 wheel drive on. The Anitfreeze resivour is bone dry. An' I am too freekin' frustrated to give one hoot about anything that has wheels on it right now.

Chilton or Haynes, I'll help you change it. They're not fun, but I've done them before. I'd just like to see some kind of manual because of this A/C thing. Let me know...

I've gotta come up with the new heater core first. This is what Steph found:http://www.completeradiators.com/shop/results.asp?pid=20&cboyear=1999&cbomake=DODGE&cbomodel=DURANGO&cbosubmodel=%28None%29&cboengine=734041888%7CV8+5%2E9+Liter+360+CID++GAS&pt=Heater+Cores
When I come up with $50, I'll have it sent to my Dad's and have him mail it to me.

Heater Core

Grille Assembly

Get the chrome and you don't have to get it painted either.

Fender Flares
http://performance.drivewire.com/aerodynamics/dodgedurangofenderflare.html
3 different choices. 1 replaces all 4. 2 replaces all 4 aftermarket. 3 just the front 2 flares.

Opinions needed. - ladydurango - 23 Mar 06

Eric, where did you get the fender flares for the XJ?

Opinions needed. - holeski - 23 Mar 06

Bushwacker cut outs. I don't remember where I ordered them from though.

Opinions needed. - sevenslats - 24 Mar 06

Sounds like you want to sell it. Confusedhrug:
