4th Gen ram 2500 Weld it Yourself Bumpers
#1
Next week I will have a front and rear bumper kits coming in for the wifeys rig. This is her daily driver so I can't have the rig down for to long.

Front bumper is this, but with caps for the round fog light holes, it will be redone to accommodate the factory ones.

it does not have the road rhino logo cut out in it..

This is the rear bumper. The only alteration to this will be the holes for the back up sensors.

So for those that do not follow me on the ole Facebook....

I started with the rear bumper. I could have been done in two days but family life took away from the process. All in all the kit for the rear was simple and intuitive to assemble with out any instructions. I modified it so that I could install the back up sensors. The initial fit and mocking up was really easy, but the finish welding and grinding/smoothing took forever.

80% Done with it. Need to get some tubing and a person with a bender (ahem) and experience (ahem) to help bend the tubes for the grill/light guard. Ordering some Master Pull line and Factor 55 HAWSE Fairlead. Ordered some PIAA lights for it as well. Have everything I need to install in-cab winch controls as well.

Yup, both sides look like that. I still have those factory tow hooks mounted to the factory bumper, yours if you want them.
