Installing front tow hooks on a WJ

First you must remove the grille and bumper trim. (They are one piece).

Install the bracket into the Radiator support subframe.

Install tow hook onto frame.

Torque to 45-60 ft/lbs torque.

Reinstall the grille and bumper trim.

These hooks are OEM hooks and rated at 5,000 lbs each.

That's the only place for front WJ tow points. Unless you get a custom bumper. Nice setup. You'll get some good use out of those.

I just got Kevin's Radiator support and hope to get it in this evening or tomorrow morning. I have hooks, but my rad support isn't in the greatest of shape anyway, so off it goes.
