Hopefully Kelly can answer this, but someone else may also know.
If I understand correctly, I/M testing is required for all vehicles 1975 and newer. So 1974 and older don't require any testing?
The reason I'm asking is because there is a 1973 Landcruizer for sale that has a 350 Chevy engine. Right now the current owner has seasonal tags. I assume I could get year around tags correct?
