How difficult is it to remove windows?

how difficult is it to remove the windows from my YJ hard top for paint? Also I am looking to change out the rear window on the F350 to one with a slider... I have never attempted this before and I dont really know what it entails.

Air windshield cut out tool, I got mine from Carquest, around $190 I think, pick me up a new blade and you can borrow it, after I get the windshield cut out of the rig thats in my garage.

you shouldn't need ot cut them out, they are not bonded.
