In February I installed an ARB locker (RD202) in the front diff of my Xterra. Everything seems to be work great. I had to pull the diff to replace the bulkhead fitting and I noticed that when I spin the axles one at a time the spider gears rattle. I did some digging and I found some posts from several years back where others had experienced the same issue but I could not find any one that had a resolution.
Has anyone had this experience with ARB lockers? If so what was the fix?
Total I might have 200 miles on this. Mostly just trips back and forth to town, highway miles with the hubs locked in. Probably only 2 miles with the locker actually engaged.
