So I've made my mind up and the tracks will be for the GB. I really want these done for next winter.
Now all I need is:
-4 snow mobile tracks
-some square tubing
-about 2' of 5"pipe
-some steel plate
-lots of little wheels
-some misc hardware
I'm a bit hesitant to take the spindles and hubs off that Waggy axle since it's complete and in pretty good shape. It just seems like kind of a waste unless there's enough demand for other parts like the shafts or the flat-top knuckles for a crossover conversion. Maybe I'll be able to sell both axles as a package if I let them go dirt cheap - basically just enough to score another pair of hubs from MSI or Action. I got them for free anyway, so why not. I'm also still watching the transfer sites for abandoned trucks with useable front hubs.
