Best place locally to get tire chains for 36x13.50s ?

Make them.

Young's Gear sells nice ones.
Jackovich sells them took, but mostly the Chinese version....broken mine a couple times right out of the box.

Glacier Chain has nice ones. I had a price sheet a while back but lost it. I know they can cost a bit but would be worth it.

Surplus military chains from http://fairbanks.craigslist.org/hvo/4648205604.html are a good deal. Get the chains he makes Bobcat chains, but don't have him cut them down. They don't quite come down the sidewalks far enough on a 12.5" wide tire, but for $75 a pair are a great deal. The ones I have are the military style, tool less cross links.
