Bed liner paint job

So my paint isn't the. Greatest and iv seen a couple trucks with this truck liner paint job.. Anyone in the club try it or know someone who has it done? I'm considering it, at least I won't have to worry about scratches and dents..

The key to doing this is lots of prep work. I have a truck that someone else had done it to with no prep work. Its all peeling off.
