I was wondering in a bead holding contest,
would a DOT 16 inch rim hold a bead better on a tire than a DOT 20 inch rim?
lets just say the tire size is at 40-44 inches so that the wheels getting trail rash doesnt really effect the conversation.

i would guess a taller rim would have less flex on the tire bead to be able roll it off the safety bead on the rim . but i also like being able to have more side wall to air down with and put a bigger patch on the ground .. but im not a expert ..i only play one on tv ...lol
besides you have seen my luck in wheeling and breaking beads ..i seam to do it atleast every other trip ..
