Who re-arches leaf springs?

Friend of mine is wondering about his rear springs in his Toyota pickup...they're sagging, just about perfectly flat when at rest, so I told him I'd ask around to see who does re-arch. I know mousee probably does it, but he's busy. Any other ideas?
