got the front driveshaft installed so I now have 4wd again. I look forward to trying out the all time 4wd once the snow flies. It should even out the mud tires on ice as well as toning down the motor power difference of the old 2.5 in the TJ.

Front bumper is off, waiting on time ot fab up the winch box and build the bumper around it. Rear bumper is hacked up and I need to put some time into the rest of the new rear bumper to get it bolt-in ready.

Have the a/c bypass pulley int he garage ready to go. Need to get with Shane and see about evac'ing the system so I can unbolt the compressor and bolt in the bypass pulley.

Have the steel ready for the rock sliders. Considering pickign up some 2x3 3/16 wall to use as a sub frame re-enforcement as well as to bolt the sliders to and eventually made the control arm end monts for the long arm setup.
sitting on bald 36 inch Wrangler MT's. Waiting for the wife to start it and drive it around the block once a month...
New Headlights installed,

Fluids Checked, fittings greased,

Cleaned out and kids car seats installed,

Now all I have to do is start it and take it for a ride.

Its ALIVE I got the new knuckle on and drove it up and down the driveway which was probably pushing it without brakes:eek:
Grizzlybeaver more or less fully functional again. Need to change oil (have all the stuff) and will replace front driveshaft u joints then.

LJ got the DIY trailer hitch reinforced today. Dropped the gas tank just enough to get a drill in there. I thought it would be strong enough to hold it's own for a while as it was and I'd put in those bolts whenever I got around to putting on a tank skid. Well...anchoring to a tree and winching a really stuck diesel suburban told me otherwise.
The AKRAM fammily is now 3 mopar deep, soon to be 4 once a title arrives.

XJ is parked and will probably remain that way through winter

Dodge is well, it's Gina's DD

Neon is my DD.

Black dodge will probably be for sale soon.
Had a couple hours on Sunday, so the LJ's sitting 2 1/2" higher in the front end. Now just gotta find a few hours for the rear. Then make an appointment for tires.

once again built out of recyled materials ..ie old spring bushings ,shackles and polaris crates and even old poop pipe !
Tonneau cover installed on the Ram along with an oil change. Seat heaters and airbags awaiting install, new tires on order.

TJ: awaiting new spare tire.

Stumblinman

CS144 installed and now wired mostly correct. I just need Gizmo to tell me how bright my lights are...

RADiator and new lower hose installed and still holding water.

decided front springs were too soft and sagged way too low to diff with added weight of v-8 ..

so i had alaska spring make me 5 leaf set of 4.5 springs but i have a feeling its much more ..

after orering those i was working on the rear brakes and noticed i had warped the rear spring pretty bad .. so i had a matching pair for the rear made as well ..

but now i have been fighting the stupid yota shackles for a week trying to get them off ...

got mad and took the sawzall out on it only to find out it a yota special bolt err ..145 bucks later !!!! each !
My ZJ is sitting on its own 5" springs and long arms.

I borke a 1-piece hardened T55 torx socket on the axle-end of the rear track bar, so I haven't put the adjustable one in yet. After that, and some creative sway bar fabrication, I'll be done. Oh, and then I'll take it to an exhaust shop because my muffler somehow got cut off. Confusedhrug:

This lift kit isn't all that difficult, if you have the tools and time.
My rig problibly has a new color Snow white!! Big Grin
My latest mod: 120mph speedo from a European (UK) Jeep Cherokee. The stock 85mph one in my XJ just seemed silly in my eyes.

Smile
.
Well, after I left Alaska in 2004, I sold the '90 XJ to Bob @ TnTCustoms in Cheyenne Wyo. It lives on still and has seen a few changes, as he tends to use it as a test mule for their products.

How it used to look when I owned it and was in the club...

I also hd the porch lights on during daylight. (we have that here in Idaho in November, Daylight.) Maybe that was what drew them to my house and look closer. Confusedhrug:
